Tradition and reliability in gearboxes
Founded in 1976, and located on Anhanguera Highway, in the town of Cravinhos, State of São Paulo, it has 16,000m² of built area on a plot of land of 173,000m². The company is fitted with the most advanced equipment, most of which imported, with facilities specially designed to provide maximum efficiency in all production areas.
1972
Beginning of negotiations with Renk AG.
1975
Signature of joint venture with Renk AG.
1979
Manufacturing of the largest gearbox for converter produced in Brazil.
1983
- Signing of the contract of the technology transfer with Renk AG.
1984
First corvettes manufactured for the Brazilian Navy.
1985
First planetary gearboxes project for diffusers.
1992
Launching of Torqmax®, a drive which caused a revolution in the sugar cane mills, totally national.
1995
ISO 9001 Management system certificate
2004
- The production of the 100th Torqmax®;
- The largest planetary gearbox supplied to the Philippines.
2008
Incorporation of Barroso Corvette to the Brazilian fleet with Zanini Renk gearbox.
2009
Turboreducers supplies to P-58 platform.
2010
- Certification by Petrobrás;
- The largest planetary gearbox for cement.
2014
- Launching of the on-line monitoring system for Checkmax® reducers;
- ISO 14001 Environmental management system;
- Installation of high-precision vertical machining center to produce planetary reducers.
2016
- Inauguration of the technology cell for bevel gears.
- Lauching of Duomax®, a revolution for double drives.
